A collection of After Effects motion graphics works I created in 2015, while pursuing my Diploma in Communication Design at Temasek Polytechnic (2014-2017).
Take note that for the "old portfolio video reel" (2015), the artworks showcased are not an accurate reflection of my current level of skill. However, that was my last experience with motion graphics in After Effects as of writing this description in 2020, hence its inclusion in this collection.
First attempt at utilising 3D layers in After Effects. All assets created by me in Adobe Illustrator from an earlier infographics assignment.
For this, all assets created by me in Photoshop from an earlier web design assignment for a hypothetical pet shop.
This was my first After Effects project ever. My name, animated. All assets created by me in Adobe Illustrator.
Here, I tried to push for motion in a simulated "3D" space, where I built a 3D-like city in After Effects using 3D layers. I also created the supporting background illustrations in Adobe Illustrator. Note that this served as an old portfolio reel (2015).
